Normalizing Pedophilia: part 2: Lowering the Age of Consent: Ruth Bader Ginsberg, Alan Dershowitz, Gavin Newsom and Scott Weiner

“1. The age of consent for sexual acts must be lowered to 12 years old.
“Eliminate the phrase ‘carnal knowledge of any female, not his wife, who has not attained the age of 16 years’ and substitute a federal, sex-neutral definition of the offense. . .
A person is guilty of an offense if he engages in a sexual act with another person, . . . [and] the other person is, in fact, less than 12 years old.” (p. 102)…

“Ruth Bader Ginsburg is a longtime advocate of the extremist feminist notion that any differentiation whatsoever on account of gender should be unconstitutional. Her radical views are made clear in a book called Sex Bias in the U.S. Code, which she co- authored in 1977 with another feminist, Brenda Feigen-Fasteau, for which they were paid with federal funds.”

“Sex Bias in the U.S. Code is a handbook which shows how the feminists want to change our laws, our institutions and our attitudes, and convert America into a “gender-free” society. It clearly shows that the feminists are not trying to redress any legitimate grievances women might have, but want to change human nature, social mores, and relationships between men and women — and want to do that by changing our laws. Despite the noisy complaints of the feminists about the oppression of women, a combing of federal laws by Ruth Bader Ginsburg, then a Columbia University Law School professor, and her staff under a federal grant of tax dollars, unearthed no federal laws that harm women! The feminists’ complaints about “discriminatory laws” are either ridiculous or offensive.”

“…she considered it a setback for “women’s rights” when the Supreme Court, in Kahn v. Shevin (1974), upheld a Florida property tax exemption for widows. Ginsburg disdains what she calls “traditional sex roles” and demands strict gender neutrality (except, of course, for quota hiring of career women).”
RBG’s views sound very much like BLM’s hidden agenda of fatherless families, she helped to develop the ideology of radical feminism. She wanted it to be mandatory for females to be drafted to the military and wanted prisons to be genderless. I think if she had had her way, female prisoners would’ve been in constant threat of being raped.

“BLM’s founders openly admit to being Marxist ideologues. Their self-confessed mentors includeformer members of the Weather Underground, a radical “leftwing” terrorist group that sought to bring a communist revolution to the United States in the 1960s and 1970s. BLM is friendly with Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro, whose socialist policies have brought economic collapse and untold misery to millions of people there.

BLM states that it wants to abolish: the nuclear family; police and prisons; heteronormativity; and capitalism. BLM and groups associated with it are demanding a moratorium on rent, mortgages and utilities, and reparations for a long list of grievances. BLM leaders have threatened to “burn down the system” if their demands are not met. They are also training militias based on the militant Black Panther movement of the 1960s.”

She’s not the only one that wanted to age of consent lowered. Alleged pedophile Alan Dershowitz also wanted this.

Alan Dershowitz:

“Dershowitz was very comfortable at the home and would come in and walk upstairs. On a number of occasions I witnessed Dershowitz at the NY mansion going upstairs at the same time there were young girls under the age of 18 who were present upstairs in the house,” she said.” “In another passage, Giuffre accused Dershowitz of lying about never seeing “naked pictures of females in Epstein’s Palm Beach home during his many visits.” She said this was contradicted by police footage, which “proves that there were naked pictures of females throughout the home including in the common areas.”…

“Giuffre demanded a jury trial, claiming that “exemplary and punitive damages are appropriate” in this case. She said Dershowitz and Epstein of “sexually abused and trafficked” her, “conspired to avoid having these crimes properly prosecuted and discovered, and wantonly and maliciously set out to falsely accuse, defame, and discredit Roberts to deny and conceal the scope and scale of their crimes.”

“I was trafficked to Alan Dershowitz from Epstein,” she said, saying the pedophile “forced me to have sex” with his attorney along with numerous other men.

“He’s denied being with me. Is one of us telling the truth? Yes. Is that person me? Yes.”

Scott Weiner and Gavin Newsom:

“The current law, in place for decades, permits judges to decide whether a man should be placed on California’s sex offender registry if he had voluntary intercourse with someone 14 to 17 years old and was no more than 10 years older than the person.

But that discretion only applied to a man who had vaginal intercourse. The new change permits judges to use that same discretion when the case involves voluntary oral or anal sex.

The measure won’t apply when a minor is under 14, when the age gap is larger than 10 years, or when either party says the sex wasn’t consensual.

The bill was introduced by state Sen. Scott Wiener, a San Francisco Democrat.

The law ends discrimination “by treating LGBTQ young people the exact same way that straight young people have been treated since 1944,” Wiener said in a statement, adding: “Today, California took yet another step toward an equitable society.”

  1. An excellent and informative blogpost, Judy.

A lot of the material you presented here about Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Alan Dershowitz I wasn’t familiar with.

I had heard in the news about Gavin Newsom’s signing into law lowering the age of consent for pederasty.

Somehow appropriate that the man who introduced the bill had the last name of Wiener.

    1. Thank you, Christopher. It all seems aligned, the building of propanda, all the people seem connected like chess pieces. Life’s irony that Anthony Weiner and Scott Weiner are both Democrats, or is this a virtual reality simulation? Weiner!? Really?!

  2. Please say this isn’t so my friend. How scary. What is happening to our world. How are you my friend? I hope you are doing well and that things are better at the job. I certainly hope so. Sending you love. Our world is becoming something had to even imagine. Love you 🌸❤️💕Joni

    1. Hi Joni, unfortunately it’s true. A new law was passed last week that pretends to be about equality but ignores that it protects pedophiles. Children can’t consent to sex, but the politicians and media try to sexualize them, (Alfred Kinsey wrongly published a chapter about children’s sexuality in his infamous book, which was based on a sick pedophile’s crimes). It’s the worse crime to hurt a child. I think people are starting to see what’s been permitted/encouraged by the government and there will be an outcry, only then will things change, unfortunately.

My job is ok, I have a temporary? assignment until the end of the year. Until things reopen things are very uncertain. It causes me anxiety! but I’m hoping my new work will be better (less stressful) than my last position. Thanks for asking 😘🌸Love and hugs to you my friend 💖🙏🌷❣️

      1. I hate to hear about this. I was molested by an uncle when I was about six I still remember and his wife my cousin his wife was part of it. So this makes me sick.

I look forward to your new job my friend where you can have more respect and love.

It is always so good to hear from you. I will keep you in my prayers. Love to you my friend. 🤗💕❤️💕Joni

      2. I’m so sorry that that happened to you. It happened to me also. It’s probably why I write about this issue so much. I’ve been noticing more and more, how society makes us think it’s ok.

Thanks for your positive hopes for my new job, (whatever and whenever it starts) 🙂.

Love and hugs to you, Joni😘❣️

      4. Oh and I yours my friend. I like the way your eyes are wide open, mine are too but some time I have found that the heartbreak of looking at so many truths in the world is too painful for me. I was a ball breaker in my day and I just rather spend my time peacefully, does that make sense to you? I hope so, I admire your vigor so much my friend. I love you. Joni

      5. I totally understand, the information is very intensely awful. It affects me to a nearly obsessive level and adds to my insomnia. I think you’re still fierce 🤗 but peacefulness is a good choice. The admiration is mutual 💖🙏

      6. I love you dear friend and I do understand, I occasionally feel I must post an honest post although sometimes painful post. I owe it to others. People need to open their eyes. I worry about the children at home now with abusive parents. I hope people think to pray for the innocents out there. ❤️💕🤗🙏💖Joni

      7. Well that is such a wonderful blessing. You can’t help but wonder where all those beautiful and innocent Hispanic children that were taken from their mothers ended up. I think we have a good idea unfortunately. I try to be grateful for every blessing and I watch very little news. Love you, try and have a peaceful evening. 💕❤️🤗💖

      8. I was against separating families at the border, it’s a very awful situation. I realized later that the border wall was up to stop the trafficking that was happening at the border. It’s hard to get the facts from the news, it’s smart that you don’t watch it. I only watch clips of the news on YouTube. Love and hugs to you, Joni💖🙏🤗🌸

      9. Oh I never thought of that. I just imagined someone taking my child from me and I would have been like a wild animal. What they did was cruel and sickening. We are all from some place else. Part of my heritage is from the Congo.
I do know from personal experience that children are sold into slavery in Haiti as my daughter has legal custody of two children that were found chained to a bed, they were slaves eating scraps of food from the dirt floor. One of the children lost his vision in one eye because he had such a severe eye infection for so long. The third child the parents had left him on a cot in a mud structure to starve because they thought he was a voodoo child. She stayed for a month by his side as he looked like a skeleton with skin on him. He is about to celebrate his seventh birthday. He and the two other children this month will be 7,8, and 9. They live with her in WA State. I could not have ever taken this on but they speak English and we’re going to a good school. She has to have a nanny. We don’t have that kind of money but she works hard.
You write about important issues in our Country and I applaud you for that. Have a blessed couple of days at your job and then enjoy your freedom. Love you Joni 🤗💕❤️😘

      10. I’m so horrified to hear how those precious children were abused. The cruelty that exists in this world is beyond comprehension! Your daughter is an angel💖, I’m so glad she is taking care of the beautiful children from Haiti. I’ve heard terrible stories about the trafficking of children from Haiti, allegedly the Clintons are involved. I’m suspicious of the “charity foundations” that never helped the victims, exploited them further. I feel powerless to help, so I write about the corruptions, hoping that people care. Writing about these topics depresses me but I feel more helpless to not write about it. Thank you for appreciating my writing. Love to you my friend 💖🙏🌷🌸

      11. I think writing about atrocities is difficult and worthwhile definitely. I have been to Haiti on several mission trips. The one my daughter uses is all self funded by her boss. They take no donations however the do pay people in the village they support over there for watering the garden and trees and many other tasks. There world is so sad. I have gone over as a volunteer but many times I have to hide my tears. I love you for what you do. Just watch comedy once and a while or read something that makes you happy for you deserve it. Love ❤️ Joni

      12. Such life affirming work that you and your daughter do, I do believe that service to others is very healing to everyone. I think the good people and good energy in the world is what keeps our world from collapse. You’re right I should enjoy some of the goodness that’s still here. There’s still so much wonderful here. Love to you my friend, Joni💖🙏🌸🌿

  3. Good amount of info here. I’m staying quiet on the Ginsburg issue because there are a lot of internet crazies out there, and seeing how bonkers all these people went this past week, I think it had been a good choice for me. But I am glad that there is a healthy number of people criticizing Ginsburg, and not for the least Dershowitz! I’m very hopeful that things improve over time as more and more of these corrupt individuals go away. Thanks for this post.
