Subliminal Effects

I often rush to publish my posts, I tend to get impatient with the editing process, (it all seems to blur together after awhile) so I usually have to re-edit several times, even after I’ve posted, usually a few spell-check induced errors linger on. It’s good that I do this because I found a strange tone to my poem, “We Are God’s Rainbow” that I hadn’t intended. Here’s the original version:

We Are God’s Rainbow

We are God’s New Ark
We are God’s masterpiece spark
We are God’s rainbow

We’re not a mistake—
That’s Lucifer’s deception
We’re God’s perfection

Love wears no disguise
Love can take you by surprise
Just open your eyes

We’re a covenant
We’re God’s divine intention
Not evolution

God gave us free will
Fearlessness and a sound mind
God is a craftsman

God is a compass
God is timeless eternal
God is peace within

God frees us from sin
God’s hope resides in action
God’s door is open

For those that believe
Jesus is the entrance fee
No coins or tokens

Jesus paid our debt
As a living testament
Jesus gave His life

So that we might live
The way, the truth and the life
Jesus is our bridge.

Did you notice the (unintended) Masonic tone?

These are the lines that I changed:

“God is a craftsman

God is a compass”

I changed the lines to:

“God is a genius

God is a lighthouse”

Here’s the final version:

We Are God’s Rainbow

We are God’s New Ark
We are God’s masterpiece spark
We are God’s rainbow

We’re not a mistake—
That’s Lucifer’s deception
We’re God’s perfection

Love wears no disguise
Love can take you by surprise
Just open your eyes

We’re a covenant
We’re God’s divine intention
Not evolution

God gave us free will
Fearlessness and a sound mind
God is a genius

God is a lighthouse
God is timeless eternal
God is peace within

God frees us from sin
God’s hope resides in action
God’s door is open

For those that believe
Jesus is the entrance fee
No coins or tokens

Jesus paid our debt
As a living testament
Jesus gave His life

So that we might live
The way, the truth and the life
Jesus is our bridge.

It weirded me out and mind-boggled me when I realized there was freemasonic symbolism (craftsman—compass) that snuck in without my conscious permission. Did a Gnostic muse encourage me to write those lines, right next to each other? Creepy! I remember slightly pausing as I wrote the lines, but I still published it. When I’m writing my haiku in variation poems, I’m focused on the surface meaning, the syllabic count and the musical effect of rhyming; I notice the final totality of the poem only after several edits.

The main image that I used to illustrate the post was a Build Back Better logo showing a freemasonic eye of Horus; did that inspire the words—craftsman and compass? I think it did! Subliminal programming makes us associate words and ideas with images. We’re bombarded with occult symbology everyday, how much is it affecting us? I’m going to try to be more aware of what I’m creating and how I’m being affected by the images that I’m seeing.

“I am sending you like lambs into a pack of wolves. So be as wise as snakes and as innocent as doves.” Matthew 10:16

Contemporary English Version
When we learn decode their symbology, we can deprogram/reclaim our minds

  1. Very interesting post. You brought up some great questions.

It reminds me of how I approach most things like lyrics, music, chess, art, etc.. all the creative things. When I write lyrics (for example), I always free-flow them. I write whatever comes to mind that matches the melody I’m singing over. After the whole song is pieced out, I go back and do some spot editing, but honestly, I rarely change much of anything. It always seems to just fit together, as though I had outlined each beforehand to stick to a topic.

In chess, music art and writing – I do the exact thing. I just ‘do’ and it seems to work itself out. Weird to think about, but that’s how it goes.

I think with your poem, you did the same thing… pulling up ideas from your subconscious.

Sorry to be so wordy, but it’s your fault for posing such an interesting topic 🙂

  2. Yes, there’s certainly a lot of Freemasonic symbolism surrounding us particularly in TV advertising and music videos. For example, there’s a new TV commercial for ATB (Alberta Treasury Branches a provincial government created and owned credit union created by the Alberta government back in the Depression of the 193Os because the big chartered banks weren’t lending money or providing credit to ordinary people) which is full of New Age symbolism. They talk about Imagine The Possibilities which has always been a New Age slogan and mantra. But among their menagerie collage of individuals talking about this, there’s one scene that shows a politician standing at a podium and microphone (who looks suspiciously like one’s mental image of the Antichrist) proclaiming, “Impossible didn’t conceive this” and behind him is a large sketch showing the Tower of Babel and then a skyscraper next to it that’s even taller than the Tower of Babel. They’re no longer even subtle in their approach anymore.

    1. That commercial sounds frightening, they actually had an image of the Tower of Babel and with a higher skyscraper next to it? yikes! They think they’re being sly but too many of us are awake to their tricks. I like credit unions but not ATB 😈

      1. Yes, ATB is definitely demonic. 😈 I’ve noticed something weird and strange about their commercials the past 4 years (there was a time long ago when I actually liked their commercials) but this time they’re openly demonic. Yes, they actually had a sketch behind the Antichrist figure showing the Tower of Babel and a larger skyscraper next to it. I imagine if you typed ATB television commercial 2O22 in the YouTube search engine, someone has probably posted it there. I don’t think they ex₱ected anyone to notice but I tend to watch TV commercials carefully for signs of subliminal symbols.
